1. Go to your SD card and open the Bootmii folder.
2. Open Bootmii.ini in a text editor. You will see some lines at the bottom:
# Autoboot, possible settings:

#AUTOBOOT=SYSMENU
# Autoboot delay, in seconds:
# Default is 5
#BOOTDELAY=5

Replace that with:
# Autoboot, possible settings:
# SYSMENU, HBC
AUTOBOOT=SYSMENU
# Autoboot delay, in seconds:
# Default is 5
BOOTDELAY=0

So remove the 2 # from the bottom lines and change the Bootdelay to 0.
Don't edit the rest of the file!
Save the file and you're done!
